We price per item from our real price list, and preparing the surface properly is part of that price - not an extra bolted on afterwards.
You get your estimate and a reference straight away. Our team checks it against your photos and emails your confirmed price within 48 hours. Then you choose your date and pay a 20% deposit to secure it.
Your quote is saved with a reference. Open it from “My Quote” with your reference and surname to change anything before you pay your deposit.
A quote is not a commitment. Nobody will hound you - if the number is not right for you, that is absolutely fine.

Not yet. It's an estimate based on what you've told us. We confirm the final price once we've checked your photos (and, if needed, a short video or site visit), before anything is booked in. Our quotes don’t expire, and your price only changes if we find something we couldn't see from your answers - see below.
Extra work we cannot see from a description - laminate or vinyl wrap needing extra removal, contamination from silicone or oils, or damaged substrates found once units are stripped. We tell you before we do any of it.
Give it your best guess. The size guides on each question are there to help, and we check everything from your photos before confirming your price.
So we know where the job is. We work from Oldham and cover Greater Manchester and well beyond. If you’re a long way out, any travel is added when we confirm your price - always before you pay anything.
No. Filling, sanding and getting the surface right is included in every price you see here. Stripping off an old laminate or vinyl wrap is the one job we charge separately for, and the tool asks about it.
