A polymer-modified base coat is applied and reinforced with fibreglass mesh to create a stable, crack-resistant foundation for the topcoat. This stage is critical to the long-term performance of the finished render.
The Silicone K Render topcoat is applied to a consistent depth and texture, producing a seamless, professional finish across the entire facade. Colour is through the full depth - no painted surface that can chip or fade.

In some cases, yes - but it depends on the condition and adhesion of the existing render. We assess this carefully during our survey visit. Where existing render is unsound or poorly bonded, it will need to be removed before re-rendering to ensure the new finish performs as it should and lasts its full lifespan.
